FTC is an active investor in commercial aircraft, rail, inland waterway and renewable energy transactions. In 2012 FTC completed the purchase of four solar and one hydrogen fuel projects. Additionally, FTC is a purchaser and manager of distressed debt transactions with an emphasis on C&I and CRE loans.
